Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes on all international orders.

RETURNS

All sales are final

All return requests are to be individually reviewed, and upon approval, products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Manufacturer’s policies for the goods distributed by essentialwholesale, /mandonis vary greatly. If the company who represents the product that you are purchasing does not accept returns, essentialwholesale./mandonis will not accept the return.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, products must be returned unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees and all returns and/or exchange of goods, with the exception of damaged shipped items or order processing error.

At this time, essenntialwholesale, / mandonis does not offer store credit.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. essenntialwholesale/. mendonis will not issue exchange or refund until the product is received and verified that it is unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to Allergic Reaction. We sympathize with the occurrence of a true allergy and advise that the customer contacts Medical professional for thorough allergy testing to prevent future instances.

Title and risk of loss shall transfer from mendonis to purchaser upon deliver of the product to a common carrier.

It is the customers responsibility to review carefully the terms of the import for your specific country.

We cannot ship personal consumer orders to SPAIN or TURKEY.(example)
